He graduated from Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy in 1974 - majoring in "Mechanical Engineer Ship Engines and Mechanisms" - Master.

• Since 1974, he has been a diving specialist in the Navy.
• 1980 - 1991 Chief specialist in underwater emergency rescue activities at the Naval Service.
• In 2000, he received the highest qualification as a diving specialist - NAUI Instructor Trainer/ National Association of Diving Instructors of the USA/

As the owner and manager of "Hydroremont IG" Ltd. and "Varna Diving Center" Ltd., it is a member of:

- co-founder and member of the Bulgarian Atomic Forum since 2002.

- since 2004 member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber

- 2015 - 2020 Chairman of the Council for Infrastructure and Development of the Municipality of Varna

- Bulgarian Chamber of Shipping,

- Black Sea Coastal Association,

- Bulgarian Association of Yacht Ports

- National Oceanographic Commission
