He graduated from Nikola Vaptsarov State University of Military Academy in 1974, majoring in "Ship Engines and Mechanisms". He traveled on the ships of the "BMF" and in various foreign shipping companies. In 1991, he became a chief engineer. Since 1996, he has been the Executive Director of company "SENI" EOOD, "Seni Marine" EOOD, "Lalizas Marine" EOOD and "Techno Marine" EOOD, whose main activity is marine technical and food supply, repair of marine machinery and mechanisms and representative of "VOLVO PENTA CENTER, Bulgaria and others.
